Order Lead Time

Watercolour Originals:

Although the watercolour artwork is already completed, the frame that goes along with the painting will be manufactured based on the customer’s colour preference. It will take around 2 weeks for the order to be dispatched, plus the shipping time as stated below which varies by your choice of delivery options and destination. 

Postcards and Other Products:

For postcards, keychains and other non-watercolour original art products, usually we keep them in stock. The order will be dispatched in 1-3 working days, plus the shipping time as stated below which varies by your choice of delivery options and destination.

 

Shipping Fees

Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and China

(Includes Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Taiwan and China.)

All orders to these regions will be sent via SF Express. 
Delivery postage will be paid at arrival by the customer.

*In the case of postal workers' strike, the delivery time may be delayed.

*In the case of typhoon and weather complications, the delivery time may be delayed.

*Delivery time may be delayed due to pandemic situations.

*If the courier fails to deliver due to incorrect contact information that provided by the customer, the order will be deemed abandoned and we will not make any replacement.

*After the parcel arrives, if it is left unattended for a period of time, all responsibilities that may arise, including: loss, contamination, and breakage, i agape and third-party courier companies will not be liable.
